Unearth Archaeology is a collaborative effort between archaeologist Mallory and Egyptologist Melissa to help create archaeology programming and resources to learners of all ages and backgrounds.
Both having extensive experience in social media and content creation, Mallory & Melissa first met in 2021 and began planning projects and programs for in-person events in addition to both of their individual online audiences. From livestreaming educational content to in-person presentations and lectures, Unearth Archaeology helps bring archaeology education opportunities to any and all interested parties.

In-Person & Virtual Lectures
School & Club Programming
Unearth Archaeology provides programming for both brick & mortar classroom learning and clubs for a wide range of learners. We offer education opportunities for students and learners ages pre-K through 12th grade with additional support for inclusion learning.
Camp Programming
Unearth Archaeology offers activities and events for camps and similar programs designed to incorporate into camp themes and activities. For Girl Scout and Boy Scout troops interested in archaeology, we offer specialized events to help them earn their badges.
Birthday Parties
Experience a truly unique birthday celebration with Unearth Archaeology! Have an archaeologist come to your child's birthday party and provide the partygoers a chance to learn about fun and exciting practices and discoveries in archaeology!
Social Media Support & Consultation
With extensive experience in creating high-quality and engaging social media content on platforms such as TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, and more, Unearth Archaeology provides social media support to prospective organizations. Services include social media strategy support, content creation, and UGC content.
Livestreams & Game Reviews
Both Mallory & Melissa have built individual Twitch.tv livestream followings with highly engaged audiences and content focused around archaeology, history, and education. Sponsored livestreams as well as game reviews on stream are available for developers and brands interested in partnering with Unearth Archaeology in an innovative and unique way.

Melissa
Melissa (B.A., M.A.) is an archaeologist and Egyptologist with a specialty in Egyptian art history and Egyptian material culture. She has five years of excavation experience including work in the US, UK, Italy, and US Virgin Islands and worked in museums across the US. She currently works as a museum educator with over eight years
of museum work and six years in an educator role. Melissa also focuses heavily on teaching through
livestreams with games that have a strong connection to history and ancient Egypt.

Mallory
Mallory (B.S., M.A.) is an archaeologist with over nine years of experience working in the field in both Jordan and the United States in addition to having eight years of education experience. She currently works at a historic house and museum in museum education and social media development. She also uses contemporary media such as video games as a way to help teach simple and relevant archaeology, anthropology, and history topics.
